Terms & Conditions

BREATHE Retreat | Armenia | 12–17 July

To reserve your place for the BREATHE Retreat, a deposit of AED 500 per participant is required.

Deposit & Reservation

The AED 500 deposit secures your retreat place and will be deducted from your total retreat balance.

Your booking is only confirmed once the deposit has been received and your accommodation option has been agreed.

Accommodation is allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, depending on availability at the time of booking.

Non-Refundable Deposit

The AED 500 deposit is non-refundable under all guest cancellation circumstances, including change of plans, personal reasons, travel changes, illness, or inability to attend.

The deposit is used to reserve accommodation, transport, retreat organisation, and supplier commitments.

Balance Payment

The remaining balance is due 20 days before the retreat start date.

For bookings made within 20 days of the retreat, full payment is required at the time of booking.

If the remaining balance is not paid by the deadline, the organiser reserves the right to release the reserved place and accommodation. The deposit will remain non-refundable.

Early Bird Rate

Early Bird rates are valid until 15 June.

To secure the Early Bird rate, the deposit must be paid before the Early Bird deadline, and the remaining balance must be paid on time.

Guest Cancellation

If a guest cancels after paying the deposit:

• The AED 500 deposit is non-refundable.
• Any balance paid is non-refundable within 14 days of the retreat start date.
• Within 7 days of the retreat, refunds are only considered in verified force majeure circumstances.

Retreat Cancellation by Organisers

If the retreat is cancelled by the organisers, guests will receive a full refund of all payments made, including the deposit.

If the retreat cannot proceed due to force majeure circumstances, guests will receive a full refund of all payments made.

Transfer of Place

A guest may request to transfer their place to another person, subject to organiser approval and accommodation availability. Any transfer must be confirmed in writing.

Agreement

By paying the AED 500 deposit, the guest confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these booking and cancellation terms.
